Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to predictionpaper.num8ers.com and your purchase or use of NUM8ERS prediction-paper bundles, sample previews and related services (together, the “Service”). NUM8ERS operates the Service.
By creating an account, submitting an order, downloading a resource or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or purchase a product.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise the purchase and use of the Service.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your email address current, protect your password and download links, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of duty.
Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer, share or create an account on behalf of another person without lawful authority.
Product descriptions and educational purpose
Each product page identifies the applicable exam board, subject, level where relevant, exam session, included PDF resources and price. Please review those details before paying. Product images may be illustrative; the written bundle contents control.
Prediction papers are independent practice and revision materials. They are not official past papers, are not endorsed by any exam board or awarding body, and do not guarantee that any question, topic, format, grade or result will appear in an examination. You remain responsible for studying the full official course specification and following your school or exam board guidance.
Sample or demonstration editions are clearly labelled. They may contain test material and cannot be purchased through live checkout unless expressly offered as a completed product.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency. Applicable tax, if any, is calculated or displayed at checkout. Discounts apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the purchased resources are made available in My Purchases. An acknowledgement, pending order or failed checkout does not itself create an accepted order. We may reject or cancel an unpaid order, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, duplicate transaction or order for an unavailable product. If we cancel a completed payment without supplying the product, we will return the amount collected.
Live card payments are processed by Stripe. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not store your complete card number or card security code.
Digital delivery and access
After payment confirmation, the purchased bundle is delivered digitally through My Purchases. Individual download links are time-limited and may have a download limit for security. While your account and order remain eligible, you can return to My Purchases to generate a new link.
You are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection, PDF reader and sufficient storage. Contact us promptly if a file is missing, corrupt or unavailable so we can investigate and restore access where appropriate.
We may use personalised watermarks and delivery logs to identify the purchaser and protect the resources from unauthorised distribution.
Personal-use licence
Once payment is accepted, NUM8ERS grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the purchased PDFs for the purchaser’s own private study. Ownership of the files and intellectual-property rights does not transfer to you.
- You may download the resources to your own devices and print reasonable copies for your personal study.
- You may not share download links or files, upload them to drives, websites, groups or learning platforms, email or message them to others, resell them, sublicense them, or distribute printed copies.
- You may not remove watermarks or ownership notices, bypass access controls, scrape the Service, or use the materials to train an artificial-intelligence system without our written permission.
- Schools, tutors and organisations need written permission or an appropriate multi-user licence before distributing or using a purchase with multiple learners.
Reviews and acceptable conduct
If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential or infringing content. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display, format and moderate the review for operation and promotion of the Service. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
You must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, test vulnerabilities without permission, automate purchases or downloads, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use the Service in a way that harms NUM8ERS, another user or a third party.
Intellectual property
The Service, brand, website design, text, graphics, software and prediction-paper resources are owned by or licensed to NUM8ERS and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the personal-use licence above, no right is granted to copy, adapt, publish, commercialise or create derivative products from them.
Exam-board names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the curriculum or qualification for which independent practice material was prepared and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or approval.
Digital products and refunds
Digital products are made available immediately after payment. Sales are final once access is supplied, subject to the limited exceptions and mandatory rights described in our Refund Policy. Changing your mind, selecting the wrong exam, subject, level or year, or not using a download does not qualify for a refund.
If a refund, payment reversal or chargeback is issued, the associated licence ends and access to the affected downloads may be revoked.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages and security incidents may occasionally affect access. We may update the website or correct, replace or improve a file while preserving the essential nature of an accepted purchase.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, security threats, unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms or unauthorised distribution. We will act proportionately and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is supplied with reasonable care and skill for independent educational practice. Academic performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not promise a particular examination result, grade, admission outcome or similarity between a prediction paper and a live examination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUM8ERS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost data or academic outcomes arising from the Service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a higher or different remedy is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum or right that applies to you.
Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly and fairly. This does not prevent you from using any competent consumer-protection or legal channel available under applicable law.
General terms and contact
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights as part of a lawful reorganisation or transfer of the Service without reducing your statutory rights.
We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Changes apply from the effective date shown above and do not retroactively remove rights from an already accepted purchase. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
